Delivery
Fast and secure delivery throughout Denmark
1. Delivery area
We deliver orders throughout Denmark, including Bornholm and the larger islands. We do not deliver to Greenland or the Faroe Islands, as they fall outside the EU customs territory.

Delivery to your nearest parcel shop or to your door
3. Delivery time
- •Each product has an estimated delivery time
- •Delays: We notify you immediately by email of any delays
- •The delivery time starts once the payment has been registered.
4. Shipping costs
- •Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and delivery address.
- •Shipping includes packaging costs.
5. Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and link by email, so you can follow the shipment in the carrier's system.
6. Receipt and inspection
- •Check the parcel immediately on receipt
- •Damaged shipment: Report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact our customer service within 1 business day
- •Missing items: Let us know as soon as possible
7. Delay and force majeure
We are not liable for losses caused by delays due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). This includes:
- •Strikes at the carrier
- •Weather conditions
- •Official orders
- •Other unforeseen events
8. Returns and cancellation
We follow the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven):
- •14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods
- •The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- •Return costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective)
- •Return address and instructions: Contact customer service first at kundeservice@lakkapaa.dk
9. Incorrect or damaged item
You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- •Contact customer service as soon as you discover the defect. Visible transport damage must be reported within 1 business day
- •Describe the fault and attach photographs
- •We will repair or replace the item, refund the price, or grant a price reduction depending on the circumstances
