Return information and terms
Right of withdrawal
Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.
The right of withdrawal applies to:
- ✓ Unused goods
- ✓ Goods in original saleable condition and packaging
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- ✗ Custom-made goods or goods made to your specifications
- ✗ Sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken
How to return an item

Pack the item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the order details or the delivery note.

Return costs
Standard return: Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged or incorrect item: We cover the return costs – please contact customer service first.
Refund
We refund the amount paid (item + original shipping) no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item, or after you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the original purchase (e.g. Klarna or card payment).
Damaged or defective item
You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:
- • Contact customer service as soon as you discover the defect. Visible transport damage must be reported within 1 business day so that we can raise the claim with the carrier.
- • Describe the fault and attach photographs
- • We will repair or replace the item, refund the price, or grant a price reduction depending on the circumstances
